A fundraising stall will be selling face coverings at Bourne market today.

Lisa Mitchell, founder of Helping with Headbands, began making PPE at the start of lockdown.

Lisa, a former head of art and photography at SWA Stamford, told Nub News: "We have supplied and continue to supply and make buttoned head bands, infection control laundry bags and now washable face shields.

"We have supplied over 7,000 headbands and over 4,000 laundry bags to NHS, Carers and community workers. The demand is still generating orders.

"We are a purely voluntary group with over 300 sewers nationwide. Myself and my colleagues are both Art and Textiles teachers."
